*Doubting Thomas Farms no roll pie crust
1 1/2 cup Doubting Thomas Farms rolled oats ( blend rolled oats finely)
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 cup coconut creamer or butter
3 to 5 tablespoons cold water or I use coconut creamer
Mix the blended rolled oats, sugar, (butter or coconut creamer)
Add water till moistened but not sticky
press dough in pie pan, pressing up the sides
Bake 375 for 10 minutes. Take out of the oven and fill with recipe for pumpkin pie filling

1 3/4 cup cooked squash ( buttercup)
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spices
3 large eggs
1 cup coconut creamer ( or Organic Valley cream)
Bake 375 for 10 minutes then turn down to 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

1 cup Doubting Thomas Oat Groats
1/4 cup wild rice
2 cups of water
2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
1/4 cup onions and or garlic
Mix together and place outside of baking Turkey, Add liquid if to dry and also use juices in roasting pan on top of stuffing. Remove lid of roaster last hour. Will turn golden brown.
