West Fargo firefighters contain early-morning Camping World fire
WEST FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - The West Fargo Fire Department responded to a structure fire at Camping World early Thursday.
The department was called at about 3:32 a.m. to the business at 2145 Main Ave. E. after reports of a fire that first triggered the building’s security alarm, according to a news release. Crews arrived to find heavy smoke and flames coming from a wall in the parts department.
Firefighters quickly knocked down and contained the fire. The cause remains under investigation, and damage estimates were not immediately available. Crews remained on scene to watch for hotspots.
West Fargo firefighters were assisted by the West Fargo Police Department, Fargo Fire Department, Southern Valley Fire and Rescue, the Salvation Army and Sanford Ambulance.
