Update: Two arrested after police surround north Fargo home

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - Two people were arrested Monday afternoon, after police surrounded a home in north Fargo.

Keenan Dubois, 18, is being held at the Cass County Jail on charges of reckless endangerment, fleeing and refusal to halt, as well as outstanding warrants.

A juvenile acquaintance of Dubois was also arrested on an outstanding warrant.

The Metro Area Street Crimes Unit and Fargo Police were looking for Dubois, who had warrants for his arrest. Officers say they tried to pull him over around 1:15 p.m. in an apartment complex parking lot in the 3100 block of 32nd St. S.

Police say he intentionally rammed a police vehicle before fleeing.

Shortly after, officers found Dubois riding as a passenger in another vehicle in the 2600 block of Arrowhead Road S. That vehicle also fled from police.

Around 2 p.m. officers found the second vehicle in the 700 block of College St. N. Nearby, officers found Dubois in the basement of a home. Officers apprehended Dubois after he attempted to flee on foot.
