NDT- Cooking with Cash-Wa – Muffuletta Olive Salad and Slider
FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) -Muffuletta Sliders
Yield: 1 dozen sliders
1 doz. Sliced Dollar Buns or Slider Buns
4 oz. Thinly Sliced Genoa Salami
4 oz. Thinly Sliced Capicola Ham or Ham
4 oz. Sliced Mortadella
4 oz. Thinly Sliced Provolone
About 1 cup Muffuletta Olive Spread (See Above)
Layout slider buns on a cutting board or baking sheet. Separate the tops from the bottom. Place ½ T. of the olive salad on each top and bottom of the buns.
Divide and layer the salami, ham, mortadella, and provolone among the 12 slider bottoms. Replace the top, arrange on serving platter and serve.
These can also be made ahead minus the olive salad. When ready to serve, place the olive salad in a bowl with a serving spoon and allow the guests to add as they like.
