NDT- Cooking with Cash-Wa – Ahi Poke

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) -Ingredients:
½ pound diced sushi-grade tuna
1/8 cup chopped scallions
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
½ Tbsp Sesame Seeds
½ tsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp sesame oil
½ tsp rice vinegar
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
¼ tsp kosher salt
Combine all ingredients and toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Serve in Bibb lettuce leaves
