NDT- Cooking with Cash-Wa – Tapenade

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - Ingredients - 1 pc sourdough bread, crusts removed
2 tsp Milk or Non-dairy Substitute
1 cup Sundried Tomatoes, drained (7oz jar)
1 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted
1 tsp Anchovy Paste (optional)
4 cloves Fresh Garlic
1 T. Red Wine Vinegar
¼ cup Olive Oil Fresh Cracked Pepper
Preparation - Drizzle the milk over the bread in a small bowl and let soak while you gather the remaining ingredients. Combine the remaining ingredients in a work bowl of a food processor. Pulse about 3-5 times to chop and gather ingredients. Process for 10 seconds, scrap down the bowl and process for another 10 seconds until you have a finely chopped “spread-like” mixture.
