Road construction starting today on 4th St. N. in Grand Forks

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - 4th St. N. from Demers to 1st Ave. N. is shutting down today for reconstruction of the road and sidewalks.
The project will include four phases and is expected to be complete by mid-October.
