UPDATE: No Travel Advisory lifted in Polk County

POLK COUNTY, Minn. (Valley News Live) - The Polk County Sheriff’s Office has lifted the no travel advisory on the Highway 2 corridor and county roads in Polk County.
Drivers were instructed to stay off of the roads Friday afternoon because of high winds and blowing snow. Deputies are reporting little to no visibility in open areas.
Late Friday afternoon, the sheriff said conditions along the Highway 2 corridor and county roads had improved and the no travel advisory was lifted.
