FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - An 18-wheeler was seen blocking the lanes on I-94 E near Dilworth.
The incident happened around 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
According to tipsters, traffic is backed up for miles.
No word on any injuries or what caused the semi to jack-knife.
