ORIGINAL STORY: Fargo Police say just before 4:00pm, they were called to the M&H gas station at 1602 Main Ave for an armed robbery with a handgun. Police say the person got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

Someone living in the area of 25th St. S. told our reporter on scene that while she was out planting flowers, police told her to get inside her house. The woman says she saw a kid on a bike race down an alley, ditch his bike and then took off running. The woman also says she saw that police had guns drawn and K9 units out.

Police have closed a perimeter that was set up near Main St. and 25th St. S., and now have a perimeter set up between 13th and 15th Ave. S and South University Drive and 16th Street South as they look for the suspect. Just before 6:30 p.m., the perimeter was expanded to 20th Street South.

You are asked to avoid the area.
