Two Moorhead men are facing charges for allegedly throwing rocks at cars early Thursday morning.

Jonathan David Terning, who's 20, and Michael Thomas Spreiter, who's 19, are being held in the Clay County Jail on Gross Misdemeanor and Misdemeanor counts of Criminal Damage to Property and Minor Consuming Alcohol.

Moorhead police got the first call about 1:30 a.m. when a vehicle had it's rear passenger window shattered by rocks while driving on 30th Avenue South near the Safari Theater and Speak Easy Restaurant.

About an hour later police were called to the same area.  Another vehicle was hit by rocks and this time the driver saw 2 men run from the roof of the Salem Evangelical Church.

Police caught up with Terning and Spreiter a short time later and arrested them.

Investigators believe other vehicles were targeted.  If you have damage to report call Moorhead Police.
