Deputies Taser and Arrest Terrorizing Suspect

A Mapleton man is facing several charges for allegedly causing a disturbance at a bar and threatening Cass County Deputies with a knife.

Investigators say deputies were called to Hagge's Bar and Grill in Mapleton, ND about 11:45 Thursday night.  By the time they arrived, the  suspect, 42-year-old Alfonso Quiroz, had been removed from the bar by an employee.

Deputies went to Quiroz home in Mapleton to ask him about what happened and he's accused of threatening them with a knife.

Deputies used a Taser to subdue Quiroz and arrested him.

He was taken to the Cass County Jail and is facing Terrorizing charges.  Quiroz is also wanted on warrants for: Criminal Trespass, Theft and a Probation Violation for Forgery and Counterfeiting.
