New developments on a story we brought you last week involving a woman who drunkenly disrupted a flight out of Fargo's Hector International Airport. Allison Johnson is in jail for the second time in one week, in connection with disturbances at the airport.

This time, Johnson is facing criminal trespass charges after police say she showed up intoxicated at Hector around 2:00 Monday afternoon. She was escorted out of the building and to a taxi cab. She then returned to the airport. When she wasn't cooperating with officers who wanted to take her to detox, she was arrested.

Just last week, Johnson pleaded guilty to resisting arrest after police say she slapped a flight attendant on an Allegiant Airlines flight on Wednesday.

ORIGINAL STORY

A passenger was arrested at Hector International Airport in Fargo Wednesday night after police say she assaulted a flight attendant. Another passenger on the plane tells Valley News Live Allison Johnson slapped a flight attendant across the face.

Johnson is being held in the Cass County Jail on a charge of resisting arrest, but the FBI is investigating what exactly happened on the plane and additional charges are possible.

Police describe Johnson as being highly intoxicated when she was taken off the Allegiant Airlines flight. You can see in our exclusive video that she looks to be uncooperative with authorities. Our team witnessed Johnson telling and swearing at police officers, and at one point, she tried to kick one of them.

An ambulance was on scene to help take care of the flight attendant, but she did not need medical attention.  After the incident, the Allegiant Airlines flight was able to make it to the scheduled destination, Phoenix, Arizona.
