Fair Vendor Arrested For Terrorizing

Posted: Updated:
A fair vendor for the Red River Valley Fair was arrested early Sunday morning on the fairgrounds after threatening his co-workers with a handgun. Cass County deputies on duty at the fairgrounds set up a perimeter where 44-year-old David Quintin Griffin was sleeping and arrested him without incident for terrorizing around 5 A.M.

Deputies says it's unclear if a firearm was brandished during the threats but co-workers have seen Griffin with a gun before. Reports of the incident are being sent to the Cass County States Attorney's Office for formal charges to be filed.
