Appointment of Financial Services Veteran Supports Growing Companys Dedication to Customer Service

McDermott has more than 20 years of experience in customer relationship management and production support within the financial services industry.
Candice has superior leadership abilities, having managed the customer service process for more than 250 clients across North America, South America and Europe at her prior company, states Lynn Heineman, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ACT. Given her personality, experience and commitment, Candice will ensure customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of ACTs service offerings as we continue to grow.
McDermott oversees the customer service process and support staff for all ACT clients. Before joining ACT, she was the Director of Relationship Management at TSYS (Total System Services, Inc.), where she managed a group of 30 customer support team members. McDermott also has experience as a senior business analyst for Delta Technologies, where she reviewed client needs in support of the product management process.
I'm excited to be a part of ACT, where providing excellent customer service is central to everything we do, McDermott said. My focus will be on understanding client needs so we can provide prompt, accurate service which exceeds expectations.
McDermott holds a bachelors degree in computer information systems from Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia.
