Less than two months ago, German-born, life science informatics provider MolecularHealth was preparing to launch a product into the U.S. market. They partnered with executive search firm Slone Partners to recruit their leadership team on a tight deadline, and build their company culture in the U.S. from the ground up.

Today, with the right people in place and the product launched, MolecularHealth is becoming a leader in the personalized medicine world.

Building a team and getting the right people into the organization - I dont know that there is anything more important to a companys success, says Marc Kerlin, Chief Operating Officer.
