Unrest in Middle East Increases Gas Prices

If you have a summer road trip planned this may put a damper on your trip, unrest in the Middle East likely means higher gas prices here at home.
Increasing violence in Iraq pushed the price of oil above $107 yesterday. That's the highest it's been in nine months. 

The Detroit Bureau, reports analysts expect prices at the pump to jump as much as 10¢ cents a gallon. That in turn could affect sales of pickup trucks and SUV's.  

According to AAA the nationwide average for a gallon of regular is $3.66.
Prices in the Valley are a little better, the average in North Dakota is $3.62 and in Minnesota a gallon of gas will cost you about $3.58.
