Four Arrested for Shoplifting, Hitting Fargo Security Guard

Four women have been arrested after shoplifting thousands of dollars of items from the West Acres Mall in Fargo and then hit a security guard with their car. 

Jasma Jackson is being held on felony reckless endangerment and shoplifting charges. Marquita Moffett, Charla Dowden and Shuneka Laymond-Thornton are also being held on felony shoplifting charges. 

It happened on Saturday, Fargo Police say the women drove off after hitting the guard, which led police on a chase through Fargo, Moorhead and all the way out to Glyndon.

Glyndon officers made the arrest and they're now being held in the Clay County jail, they will be facing charges in Fargo. The security guard suffered only minor injuries.
