F-M Ambulance Right In The Middle Of Construction

Posted: Updated:
25th Street is down to one lane in either direction where it crosses I-94 in Fargo, and it will stay that way until fall.

Crews are adding another lane and widening the bridge, but right in the middle of all this mess is the main hub for F-M Ambulance.

They have to make some changes to get avoid being caught in traffic. They are stationing people in different places, and their software system allows them to avoid the area, and find a faster route.

"With summer comes construction, and we know that and it's just in the long run it is going to benefit everyone, because it's going to widen 25th street, and it's going to make our access to 25th street and the interstate especially a lot easier," says Don Martin, with the F-M Ambulance.

F-M Ambulance says while summer road work makes routes a little tougher. The winter is actually worse than the summer, with all those icy roads.
