Fargo Police Are Looking for 2 Sex Offenders

Fargo Police are looking for two sex offenders who have failed to maintain their registration in accordance with state law.

Officers say Wesley Owen Gee of Fargo has failed to maintain his registration in accordance with state law. Gee has failed to maintain communication with law enforcement. Gee was assessed as a moderate risk offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment committee.  

Gee was convicted of Corruption of a Minor in 2006 in Grand Forks County District Court, ND. His victim was a 16 year old female acquaintance. Gee, a moderate risk sex offender, has absconded and his whereabouts are unknown. An investigation has been completed and a report has been sent to the Cass County State’s Attorney's office for review. Gee is required to register as a sex offender until 10/26/2032.

Officers say Denise Kelly Gerszewski of Fargo has also failed to maintain communication with law enforcement. Gerszewski was assessed as a moderate risk offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment committee.  

Gerszewski was convicted of Sexual Assault on June 8, 2011 in Ward County District Court, ND. She was also convicted of Sexual Assault on July 1, 2010 in Mercer County District Court, ND. Her victims were 16 year old male acquaintances. Gerszewski, a moderate risk offender, has absconded and her whereabouts are unknown. An investigation has been completed and a report has been sent to the Cass County State’s Attorney's office for review. Gerszewski is a lifetime registrant.
