360 Capital Announces Share Distribution Record Date Pursuant to the Proposed Arrangement

Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / May 15, 2014 / 360 Capital Financial Services Group Inc., (CSE: TSZ) (the “Company”) announces July 10, 2014 as the share distribution record date pursuant to the arrangement announced on April 25, 2014 (the “Arrangement”). If the Arrangement is approved, the number of shares each Company’s shareholder will hold in Atikin Investment Inc., CGSG Investment Inc. and Plenus Investment Inc. will be equal to the number of Company’s shares held by the Company’s shareholder at the close of the business day of July 10, 2014.

The Arrangement will have to be approved by a special resolution of the shareholders of the Company and by the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and will have to be filed with the Corporate Registry of British Columbia before it becomes effective.

The details of the Arrangement will be provided in the management information circular, which will be mailed to the shareholders of the Company and will be available on www.sedar.com under the Company’s profile.
