Fargo Police Arrest Alleged Drug Dealer Near Elementary School

A 20-year-old Fargo man is facing more than a half dozen drug charges after police raided a home near Roosevelt Elementary School on Monday.  Fargo Police say narcotic detectives executed a search warrant at 1006 10th Street North and arrested Brock Joseph Ferebee.

Possible charges include: 
  • Possession of Cocaine with intent to deliver within 1,000 feet of a school
  • Possession of Hallucinogens with intent to deliver within 1,000 feet of a school
  • Possession of a controlled substance with into to deliver within 1,000 feet of a school
  • Delivery of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school (AA Felony)
  • Possession of Marijuana with intent to deliver within 1,000 feet of a school
  • Possession of a Schedule II, III, IV substance
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (A Misdemeanor and C Felony)

During the search of Ferebee's home investigators seized 841 grams of Marijuana, 131 grams of hashish, 69 grams of cocaine and 30 grams of mushrooms. Police say Ferebee also had in the residence 22 hits of LSD, 22 methylphenidat, 277 schedule II, III, IV pills and $14,723 in cash.
