PITTSBURGH, May 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Jason Wilburn, Vice President of Conco Industrial Services and Vice President of Conco Services, is pleased to report an incredible first quarter 2014 for the Eddy Current Department. The department had a 629% increase in sales from the first quarter 2013 compared to the first quarter 2014. The department added 13 new jobs and increased 6,250 man hours. So far in the first quarter of 2014, the Eddy Current Department executed a total of 16 fossil projects, eight nuclear projects, five industrial projects, and one federal government project.
Jeff Pomarico, NDE Operations Manager and Eddy Current IIIA at Conco Services stated that this successful quarter was a result of the efforts of the hard working Eddy Current team. The team consists of individuals with many years of experience. Conco technicians are certified to CSC-QAP-9.1, which is in accordance with SNT-TC-1A guidelines and CP-189.
