UPDATE
A former Fargo south paraprofessional has been charged in Cass County court after apparently showing nude photos and videos of herself to a student.

Sara Wurgler,30, is charged with promoting obscenity to minors, which is a felony. Police records show that Wurgler showed a 16-year-old male student the nude photos and it may have happened on more than one occasion.

ORIGINAL STORY
A former Fargo south paraprofessional is being investigated for showing nude photos and videos of herself on several occasions.

According to police records, on March 6, 2014, a male 16 year-old student informed Fargo South's School Resource Officer Wes Libner, who is also a Fargo Police Officer, that the paraprofessional showed him nude photos and videos of herself.

The record also states that this happened on more than one occasion.

The student said the photos showed the woman nude from the waist up, and the videos showed the woman nude, and appeared to be taped while she was getting ready in the morning.

A nude photo of the paraprofessional was also shown to a co-worker at one point.

The paraprofessional claims she did not show the photos and videos to the student to engage in any sexual activity, and said she was not thinking clearly when she showed them to the student.

She added that she did show the nude photo to her co-worker to prove she can be outgoing and not afraid to express herself.

At this point, Valley News Live is not releasing her name since there are no official charges, but we will continue to follow the story and bring you updates as they become available.
