You can't get very far in the metro area without passing a place to grab a bite to eat, and we can hardly go a day without announcing a new business going in.
We took to the streets to find out how the new restaurants are feeding our growing community. That's including those going into the newest addition, the Prairie Stone Center that's on 45th street south.
But the Associate General Manager, Amanda Heley, over at Fargo Billiards says the new restaurants coming to town are not affecting cash flow, "Dinner I think we have always been real busy, if anything we have just continued to get busier as we grow and more people are coming this way," she says.
In the midst of all this new business, we do have to say goodbye to some old favorites. Bertrosa's on Broadway shut down on Friday, and they say part of the reason was a lot of competition in the downtown area.
According to the F-M Visitors Convention Bureau there's over 350 places to eat in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
