ORIGINAL STORY
Three people are behind bars facing murder charges in relation to the March 14 killing near a South Fargo grocery store.

Fargo Police say arrest warrants were filed on Thursday afternoon for Alexander Clapper, Arlen Clapper and Tamara Clapper. Their vehicle was spotted in Valley City, North Dakota, on Thursday evening and they were taken into custody without incident.

Alexander Clapper is charged with Felony Murder and Delivery of Marijuana. Arlen and Tamara Clapper are both charged with murder. Murder is a AA felony which is punishable up to life in prison without parole.  Delivery of marijuana is a class B felony punishable up to 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine.

Another new development in this murder investigation, Wade Garrett plead guilty to murder. Garrett was arrested shortly after the killing. He will be sentenced at a later time.

The body of Rolandas House was found near the Cash Wise off of 13th Avenue South in Fargo in the early morning hours on Friday, March 14. Police say it appeared House died as a result of injuries from a sharp object.

Police were originally called to the Cash Wise after a call about a disturbance that sounded like a car accident or cars crashing together. Police believe the killing may be related to drug activity in the area.

Investigators say the public should not fear for their safety and say with these new arrests they are very comfortable with where the investigation is at.
