Posted: Updated:

Zane Gothberg picked a great time to have the game of his life. The Thief River Falls, MN native had a career high 44 saves Saturday night as North Dakota beat Ferris State 2-1 in double overtime. Paul Ladue fired a shot 1:25 into the second overtime and junior Connor Gaarder knocked in the rebound to send UND to their 20th Frozen Four in program history and the sixth in ten years under head coach Dave Hakstol.

Rocco Grimaldi was named Midwest Regional Tournament MVP after recording a hat trick Friday against Wisconsin.

North Dakota will play the winner of Sunday's Minnesota-St. Cloud State game on April 10th on ESPN 2.
