Chimichangas with Amateur Chef Barb Wyman

Flour tortillas (medium sized)

2-3 chicken breasts

1 green, 1 yellow and 1 red pepper

1 large onion

2 pkg. Taco bell fajita seasoning

vegetable oil 

Rough chop peppers and onions. Sautee in large pan until tender. Set aside. Chop or shred cooked chicken and combine with sautéed veggies. Season with Taco Bell taco seasoning. Roll mixture in flour tortillas. Fry in shallow vegetable oil until golden brown.

 Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.  

Velveeta cheese sauce

½ lbs velvetta

1 jalapenos ( or canned) to your liking
