George B. Sinner Announces Bid For Congress

Posted: Updated:

The son of a political powerhouse in North Dakota announces his run for U.S. Congress.

State Senator George B. Sinner announced his bid today.

He's the son of former Governor George A. Sinner.

The politician and businessman says despite North Dakota's many resources, Washington hasn't fought for fair trade of the state's products.

"I will never forget what my parents and grandparents taught me," Sinner told his supporters. "The work of the people, the work of our state, and the work our nation must come first."

Sinner will be running against GOP Representative Kevin Cramer, who currently holds the house seat.
