Motorcycle Driver Suffers Minor Injuries in Crash with Pickup

A motorcycle driver was slightly hurt Friday morning when his bike collided with a pickup. It happened just after 6:30 a.m. at Veteran's Boulevard and 36th Avenue East. 

Police say the 44-year-old driver of the motorcycle -- Jeremy Cusey -- was not wearing a helmet and sustained a minor head injury. He was treated and released at the scene by FM Ambulance. 

The 25-year-old driver of the pickup --  Tyler Landen -- was not injured. 

The driver of the pickup was northbound on Veteran's Blvd. and made a left turn in front of the motorcyclist.  The motorcyclist was southbound on Veteran's Blvd. and struck the pickup in the intersection.
