Posted: Updated:

There's a new taste to explore in downtown Fargo!

Blackbird Woodfire has been open a little more than a week now at its location at 206 Broadway.

Blackbird is a family-run restaurant serving up artisanal wood fire pizzas, local craft beer, tapas, and salads.

The pizzas are made using North Dakota grown and milled flour.

The owners say the wood fired oven gives the pizza a unique taste.

If you want to check out blackbird, its hours are Monday 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Tuesday through Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

And Friday to Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
