The lent season is upon us and for many that means Fish Fry Fridays. Valley News Live has put together a list of Local Fish Fry events submitted by the organizations.

FISH FRY INFORMATION

 

Christine Volunteer Fire Departments 19th Annual Fish "Walleye" Fry

Christine Community Center

Main Street in Christine, ND

Saturday, April 12, 2014 from 4:30-8:30 p.m.

Meal consist of walleye, baked potato, baked beans, coleslaw, bread, ice cream, juice/coffee.

Take out boxes are available upon request when you show up to the Fish Fry.

Dilworth VFW Fish Fry

Veterans of Foreign Wars #1223,

Every Friday March 7th through April 18th from 5-8 p.m.

Lenten special is: Cod filet, choice of potato (Including Willy's hashbrowns) salad bar and garlic toast. Take out is available.

$15 for adults; $7.50 for kids 12 and under

All proceeds go towards the lodge's scholarship fund

St. Bernards Church Fish Fry

105 N Knight, Thief River Falls, MN

5:00-7:00 p.m. every Friday during Lent

$10 for 1 walleye fillet and $12 for 2 fillets.

You also get a potato, vegetable, cole slaw, bread, and drinks (milk, chocolate milk, coffee, and water) for the price. The Sweet Shop is open for dessert if you still have room.


St. Joseph's Annual Lenten Fish Fry

Serving will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m.

Adults $9, children 6-12 years $4, children 5 and under free.

Take out is available.

All proceeds will go to those in need in Cass & Clay Counties.

All proceeds go to benefit the local FFA chapter
