UPDATE: Arrest Warrant Issued for Stop-N-Go Robbery Suspect

Ewing Mathis was arrested for the Fargo Stop-N-Go robbery in Dilworth, Minnesota, Friday night without incident.

The Fargo Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for the man they believe robbed the Stop-N-Go store in the 3200 block of 12 Avenue North on February 23.

A warrant for robbery was issued from Cass County District Court for the arrest of Ewing Junior Mathis, a 52 year old male with no known address. This arrest warrant was the result of the reviewing of video surveillance provided by community businesses and information provided by area law enforcement.  

Robbery is a class B felony with a maximum penalty of 10 years imprisonment and/or $10,000 fine. Anyone with information concerning the location of the suspect can contact the Fargo Police Department's at (701) 235-4493.
