Envelope of Money Found on NDSU Campus

Another good samaritan has turned in cash they found laying on the ground in Fargo. The Police Chief at North Dakota State University, Bill Vandal, says someone turned the money in to them on Tuesday around 6:30 p.m.

Chief Vandal says the money was discovered in an envelope on 17th Avenue North between the Bison Sports Arena and the Fargodome. The owner can claim the money by calling NDSU Police at 701-231-8998. They will need to identifying the amount and denominations of bills in order to claim the cash.

Earlier in February, a Crookston, Minnesota woman found $700 dollars in a Wal-Mart parking lot and returned it to the owner. In December of 2013, a Dilworth teenager turned in $2,800 dollars that she found at a Moorhead McDonalds.
