Fargo Brewing Company Celebrates First Beer Dinner

Posted: Updated:

The Fargo Brewing Company is celebrating their first-ever beer dinner, a pairing of five beers and five courses at the Hotel Donaldson.

The menu was prepared by Hotel Donaldson chefs and each course represents a local flavor, complemented by a Fargo beer.

  • Cracker Crusted Crappie paired with Fargo Brewing Lager
  • Black Pepper Venison Sausage paired with Fargo Brewing Saison
  • Pretzel Spaetzle paired with Fargo Brewing Iron Horse - APA
  • Fried Sweetbreads paired with Fargo Brewing Woodchipper - IPA
  • Chocolate Hazelnut Tart paired with Fargo Brewing Right Near Da Beach - Porter

The beer dinner is unfortunately sold out, but you can still try some of the unique Fargo Brewing beers at the Hotel Donaldson lounge for their "tap takeover." All the taps will be dedicated to the Fargo Brewing Company featuring some favorites with some new brews.

If you didn't get into this beer dinner, Fargo Brewing plans to hold more. Its next dinner is set for January 30th at The Ranch Steak House, in Devils Lake. Tickets are available for $50 by calling 701-662-5661.

The Hotel Donaldson is located at 101 Broadway, in downtown Fargo. The "tap takeover" begins at 5:00 p.m.
