Take "The Trek: Tour De Fit"

It's your chance to workout and get rewarded for it, on 'The Tour De Fit.' Kicking off Monday, 'Tour De Fit,' is a fictional journey across France. 

You have from January 20th to March 17th to plot your progress and earn prizes along the way. For every 15 minutes of exercise you do, participates can earn 1/4 of mile during those eight weeks. 

Participants can be entered into the grand prize drawing if they complete over 20 hours of exercise routes, which includes a chance to win a $3,000 vacation package upon completion.

Prizes Include:

  • 10 hours = Tour De Fit hat  
  • 15 hours = Tour De Fit jersey
  • 20 hours completion = Grand prize & Scheels gift card drawings
  • 30 hours completion = Grand prize & Visa gift card drawings

Monday, is the last day to register for the 'Tour De Fit' at the Family Wellness Center or the YMCA. Members can register for $25 and non-members can register for $35.

YMCA locations in Fargo are located at 400 1st. Ave. South & 4243 19th Ave. South and the Family Wellness Center is located 2960 Seter Parkway, next to the Sanford Power Center and Scheels Arena.
