Early Tuesday morning, the Grand Forks Police Department received the report of a residential burglary that had just occurred. It happened just after 2:00 a.m. when a man entered the attached garage of a house and stole items from a vehicle inside. The suspect was possibly scared off by the homeowner and took off.
