ND Attorney General Wants Supremacist's Complaint Dropped

Posted: Updated:

North Dakota's Attorney General is asking the Department of Labor to dismiss a human rights violation complaint filed by white supremacist, Craig Cobb.

During a November radio interview, Wayne Stenehjem said people like, "Cobb and his supporters are not the kind of people wanted in North Dakota."

Cobb who has purchased land in Leith, North Dakota, claims the comments were unwelcome harassment on the basis of religion.

Meanwhile, Cobb's court appearance scheduled for today has been pushed back to January because Cobb has no attorney.
