Fraser Celebrates 13th Festival of Trees

Posted: Updated:

For the 13th year in a row, Fraser Ltd., is hosting their Festival of Trees. An annual event to help families in our community have a joyful Christmas.

155 trees in all have been sponsored and decorated by local businesses, on display at the Fargodome through December 6th. Those trees along with gifts will later be donated to families that can't afford a Christmas tree or gifts.

On Friday, November 29th, Santa Claus will also make a special appearance from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. with the Christmas trees at "Cookies with the Claus Family." The Claus Family will arrive by horse-drawn sleigh at 1:15 p.m.

You can take a picture with the Claus Family, enjoy sleigh rides, games, entertainment, art, face painting, and much more.

You can also walk through and see all the trees on display anytime until December 6th, during regular Fargodome hours and events.

All 155 trees already have been assigned a family. However, you can still help by donating or volunteering at: www.fraserltd.org
