Trio Accused In Fargo Drug Bust Plead Not Guilty

The trio arrested in a drug bust by Fargo's Jefferson Elementary School on Wednesday say they are not guilty of their charges.

Brandon Wahl and Tawni Johnson" are each facing seven charges, including possession of meth and possession of hydrocodone with intent to deliver within 1,000 feet of a school.

Wahl's bail was set at $15,000, and the judge set a $5,000 bail for Johnson.

The other suspect involved Brady Swanson faces a paraphernalia charge.

His bail is $5,000.
