There's more fall-out from the dispute over a new courthouse in Griggs County, North Dakota.
County commissioners today voted to remove their Assistant States Attorney, Marina Spahr, effective immediately.
Spahr was on the job when the old commission approved building a new courthouse, which voters rejected three times.
All five of those commissioners were ousted in a recall election last month.
The new commissioners say Spahr did not answer questions about the project when the former county board approved it.
