Dr. Paul Vermeulen, Senior Application Technologist at SACHEM is presenting Wet Chemical Damage Free In-Ga-Zn-O TFT Processing at the 20th International Display Workshops in Sapporo, Japan on December 5, 2013.
IDW '13 will integrate fifteen workshops in specialized fields playing important roles in information display activities. Each workshop will consist of oral presentations by invited/contributed speakers and poster presentations. Detailed and fruitful discussions on each specialized research and development update will be provided. Three topics, oxide TFT, augmented reality and virtual reality, and lighting technologies are specially highlighted this year.
Dr. Vermeulen will be speaking on wet-chemical processing of back channel etch In-Ga-Zn-O TFTs, focusing on damage-free wet etching in active matrix panel manufacturing. Dr. Vermeulens research is part of SACHEMs continuing efforts in wet process development for the flat panel industry.
