Man in Jail After Alleged Rape Outside Fargo Bar

A 26-year-old man is in the Cass County Jail after being arrested at a Fargo bar for rape.

Police say Erik Ott was identified by a woman who says he assaulted her in a car in the parking lot of the Hub early Thursday morning. Officers found Ott inside the bar, and he was arrested for gross sexual imposition.

Police say the suspect and the victim had met earlier.
