A judicial conduct commission is recommending Cass County Judge Wickham Corwin be suspended for two months without pay.
Today's recommendation is a result of a formal hearing the commission back in June, over sexual harassment accusations involving Corwin.
A Cass County court reporter alleges that he made several passes at her, trying to propose an affair.
Corwin Denied the accusations.
The commission also recommended Corwin pay nearly $12,000 for the expenses of the proceedings.
The decision on what punishment, if any, Corwin will face now falls into the hands of the North Dakota Supreme Court.
