Shooting Outside Minneapolis Bar

One person is dead and another is hurt following a shooting outside a Minneapolis bar early Sunday morning.

Authorities responded to a report of a shooting around 2 a.m. at Mortimer's Bar and Restaurant, which is located on the 2000 block of Lyndale Avenue South.

Police arrived to find two victims in the parking lot of the business. Both were transported to Hennepin County Medical Center where one died. The other shooting victim's condition has not been released.

Investigators say the shooting doesn't appear to be random but so far no arrests have been made.

Anyone with information is asked to call Minneapolis police.
