High-Risk Sex Offender Now Homeless in Fargo

Posted: Updated:

The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender is currently homeless in the Fargo area.  Jordan Charles Earring is a high-risk offender and currently under the supervision of the North Dakota Department of Corrections Office of Parole and Probation.

The 25-year-old was convicted of gross sexual imposition in 2006, which is a Class B felony. The victim was a 15-year-old acquaintance.  Earring is a lifetime registrant.

The Fargo Police Department cannot dictate where a sex offender chooses to live, and this notice is given because the offender is required to register and notify police of any changes in address or employment.
