MSUM Celebrates its 125th Homecoming

It's a big week for Minnesota State University Moorhead, as they mark the universities 125th year and homecoming.

Since Monday, several events have been commemorating this special occasion but the fun is just beginning. Some highlights include Coach Herman Boone speaking at the Hansen Theatre at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Boone was portrayed by Denzel Washington in the 2000 film "Remember the Titans." The event is free with an MSUM ID and $10 for anyone else.  

A President's Panel with three past presidents, John Neumaier, Roland Dille, Roland Barden & current president Edna Szymanski will take place at 1 p.m. in Hansen Theatre on Friday.

Saturday morning the "Color Me Rad" 5K run/walk kicks off at 9 a.m. followed by the parade, tailgating and football game.
