Owner of limo company sends explicit texts to client

Posted: Updated:

A Hawley Minnesota woman says she is the victim of bullying.
But this time it wasn't from a friend or a person at school.
She says it was hateful racist text messages coming from the owner of a company she did business with last weekend.

It was a day of wedded bliss for new bride Jordanne Hogenson.
That was up until the reception when it came time to leave.

"We booked with Platinum Limousines and Profile picked us up," says Hogenson.

Hogenson says Platinum Limousines out of Fargo had bus issues so they asked Profile Limousine to step in.

"I got a call from the driver telling me that I better tip him or no tip, no bus," says Hogenson.

The bride and the rest of the group on the bus put together what they thought was a good enough tip.
The driver didn't agree.

"He shut the doors on us. He told us he wants $50," says Hogenson.

But Hogenson says the trouble didn't stop there.
The next morning, explicit, racial texts from the owner of profile limo.

"They said you red neck ***** you must be fat ugly ugly and fat hick," says Hogenson.

We called the owner, Josh Graves, asking for a response.

"Do you have anything to say?"

Hogenson says the owner of Platinum limo did call her apologizing and telling her she would be getting one hundred dollars back.

"They said they would not work with Profile again," says Hogenson.

But Jordanne says it's time she hears from the owner of Profile Limousine, because no one deserves to be treated the way she was in these texts.

"I think it's time for an apology. As the owner of a company you can't talk to people like that," says Hogenson.

According to the Better Business Bureaus website, Profile Limousines has received another complaint in the past year from a different client saying that the company failed to provide promised services.
