10,000 people are expected to be Downtown Fargo on Saturday

Posted: Updated:

10,000 people are expected to be Downtown Fargo on Saturday for the broadcast. With streets blocked off, and high security, you might have trouble getting around.

"I think Saturday is going to be more people than we have ever seen in Downtown Fargo."

"yeah I just heard about that"

"I think it's going to be chaotic"

"get decorations up, posters up"

"people came and told us to be prepared for 8,000 people downtown"

"everything from our sanitation department to our forestry department, all of those folks are involved to try and make this the best possible event."

No the president is not coming to Fargo.

"go bison"

But, ESPN is.

"I have no idea, I had to ask someone what Game Day even is, I am not really a sports fan, but I am getting sort of excited for this."

The biggest question you should be asking.

"I am planning on taking the bussing system... Or walking."

"walking is easy."

When you wake up tomorrow, many streets will be blocked off.

"I guess it's going to be really tough, with all the people that are going to be there."

Some people are upset Game Day is coming to Downtown.

"there are always people that are going to complain, but being downtown is just a part of it."

And for everyone involved, it's all hands on deck.

"we would never ever try to pull this off, with out first of all great information they provided, but also resources we have here in the city."

Starting tonight, crews are putting up no parking signs, so if you are shopping or working downtown tomorrow, keep in mind that you might have to find a new parking pace to leave your car.
