Passenger Charged With Shooting Driver

MINOT, N.D. (AP) - Minot Police say a man was accidentally shot by a passenger in his vehicle.

25-year-old Joe Prince of Nampa, Idaho was charged with reckless endangerment and having a loaded weapon in a motor vehicle.

The 24-year-old driver was taken to a Minot hospital after the Saturday afternoon shooting.

Police have not released the man's name or his condition.
